I woke up every hour last night. Construction again #today so very limited plan:
- shower
- put out rubbish & say hi to workers ✅
- some grocery shopping
- Hebrew study
- robot vacuum the 2nd floor
Possibly take a Xanax if I end up the same as yesterday. Already close to it 😭
