Chaotic yusheng from 3rd day of Chinese New Year:

- chopped Romaine lettuce and sliced carrot sticks
- veggies *on top* of the other condiments,
- no oil,
- plum sauce that is more like sweetened glue

Nevertheless, 'twas a fun time with tech community friends.
