Dinner tonight uses the Creole jambalaya mix from Oak Grove Smokehouse. I plan to cook some chicken, smoked turkey sausage, and shrimp, which will go into the pot with the mix (seasonings and long-grain rice.
Probably throw in a diced bell pepper, too. Might go whole hog and dice onion and celery with it.
