If @EU_Competition@twitter.com managed to designate Twitter as a #DMA #gatekeeper (possible: Art. 3(8)) then tweeters would have the right to real-time #DataPortability. Archives could use this to let them share a real-time feed of their activity. (There’s always a #loveDMA angle 😉)
