#ShowYa die meer succes kenden buiten Japan, maar een veel kleinere oplage in verkoop brachten dan de huidige generatie Japanse all-female metal bands.
In de jaren 90 zag er een heel sterke Doom en deathmetal scene het licht, en eind jaren 90 kopiëren veel Japanse all-female bands de nu-metal sound.
Maar geen enkele periode brengt wat bands als #Lovebites, #MarysBlood enz presteren in binnen -en buitenland.
