For the #LoveItBoughtIt , it's since 2014 that I don't buy and album, because I become a heavy Spotify user. But still, my memories went to the last album I ever bought, when I was with two friends, who happened to be musicians too.

I pre-ordered Manitoba Hal's latest album, Reckless and Wild, which came out last week. My favourite song from it is "Learned Pigs and Fireproof Women", a song about a crime at a carnival. The new album doesn't seem to be on YouTube, but Hal's recorded this song several times in the past, so here's a live version:

I think this was the last one I bought; it’s been a minute since I bought physical media. Khôrada is composed of the remnants of Giant Squid and Agalloch, two of my favorite bands, so I kickstarted this album immediately on hearing it was coming. This is the album closer, and I love the prolonged outro.
