A very poignant gift yesterday, from my accidentally adopted Kenyan lad, part of my family these past 2 years, since we both became entangled in the project of getting him a nursing job in UK in 2021. We’ve joked that he’s my 4th child, but yesterday he made it official 😍. Love him dearly.
