was unwilling to flee from the beasts of the 'cave of cats' in his hostel in Rathcroghan. He sat unperturbed. And every time the beast tried to get his food, he hit it on the head. But it seemed to be made of stone, which is why the sword slipped off. So he couldn't eat or sleep the whole night.
