I'm this very Star Wars laden world #startrek is a comfort franchise for me. Sure it's got warts and flaws but boy is it beautiful. It's a shame that shows like #StrangeNewWorlds and #lowerdecks don't get as much attention, they're really very good.

....a few tears to my eyes. Wow! Great scene!

I loved the addition of the alien probe from Star Trek IV The Voyage Home to the intro battle scene. Very appropriate for Season 4.

Tweekle was a bit high strung and it seemed like his head could explode at any second.

When the three hologram programs were accidentally activated at the same time, I was hoping we'd see Janeway as Queen Arachnia show up....

Thoughts on this episode (a thread)....

This is one of the funniest Lower Decks episodes yet, with numerous throwbacks to the #StarTrekVoyager series (primarily Voyager E224 - "Tuvix").

I'm loving the addition of T'Lyn. There looks to be many awkward exchanges between her and the various crew members (especially her and Tendi).

Seeing USS Voyager in all her glory while the Voyager theme played brought....

Okay, "I Have No Bones But I Must Flee" was fun. "Moopsy!".

And, of course, the Shax & Ransom exercise scene was a great TNG reference.

I'll admit, I do get tired of Mariner getting insubordinate and trying to get demoted. Hopefully that changes?

I do love the Runtherford/Tendi subplot, and Boimler's struggles with his quarters...

After watching the new #StarTrek #LowerDecks episodes with my wife, I feel confident that nothing would make her happier than a plush #Moopsy.

All night long, she's just been saying "Moopsy" in the world's worst southern accent and then breaking out into giggle fits for 5 minutes at a time.
