1. Upper-level #undergrad #SLAC #geochemistry course, but no rigid pre-reqs (start with #basics).
2. Would like to build course around using #R #Rstats to make #geochemical #plots! I'm also an #Rnovice, though, so I'll also be learning as we go.

Anyone with experience using AndroGel or other testosterone gels, any tips?
How much do you “rub it in” before you let it just dry naturally?
I take evening showers about 4 hours before bed. Should I still apply in the morning, or immediately after shower?
Lotion? Good? Bad? How long before or after applying gel?

Thirst trap! In other news, my AndroGel arrived. Applying first dose tonight after my post-workout shower. From what understand, it can take a few weeks before effects are seen.

Regarding my muscle building issues:
It’s not apparent from my pictures what my struggle has been. I’m aware I look “muscular” now but this has been a very long road.
Over a decade of working out 5-6 days a week. Calorie/macro tracking, taking all the “right” supplements, logging workouts and training in progressive overload, all the fitness research has gotten me the progress in over a decade that many get in a year or two.
I’m hoping that struggle eases a bit.
Surprisingly my doctor is prescribing me testosterone. He wants to use gel and see what the results are after three months.
So apparently I shouldn’t have lifted weights before getting my blood tests done as that can increase testosterone temporarily. Oops. My levels might be even lower than the tests say. I’ll have to tell the doctor that tomorrow I guess.
Appointment made for Dec 5th to talk to my doctor about my low free testosterone and my low libido and fatigue. We’ll see how it goes.
