What we need is an "Ultimate Guide" on how to make our economy fairer so that ordinary people are not subsidizing the salaries of #lowwage #workers—because that's ultimately what tipping is. How—and why—do we tolerate it?

Destination Tory.
A low-wage unregulated economy trickling wealth upwards to the very few who can afford to pay no tax. They have huge investments and pensions. Money has lost meaning. Meanwhile the minions cannot afford to buy a house, afford healthcare or retirement because it’s unattainable. Long hours and low pay for as long as their health allows. A nameless resource to be exploited. Neo-feudalism.
