I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure CM Punk has a hell of a case against #AEW. Blaming him for Cabana's lack of TV time, in a public sphere, is pretty much libel. Omega and The Bucks didn't have to go to Punk's dressing room - but they did. They - company officers, no less - are the instigators. The "investigation" is clearly bullshit and had a pre-determined outcome, somehow booked worse than Tony books Dynamite.
