So long #Lublin it has been a joy!

I am now on a fancy (much more modern than the one I arrived on) intercity train to Kraków Główny leaving behind an almost deserted #EJC2023 site.

The team have been superstars - a great and familiar site; a supportive city helped, but to pull off a #EuropeanJugglingConvention in 100 days is incredible.

Heute zum Abschluss der #EJC2023 noch die Parade durch die Stadt #Lublin und die #JugglingGames mit #TossUp.

Für einige von uns geht es heute oder morgen aus #Polen zurück nach #Mainz. Einige sind noch etwas mehr in Osteueropa unterwegs.

Wir haben gestern abend die beeindruckende Gala-Show der #EJC2023 gesehen. Im Opernhaus von #Lublin. Natürlich sind die Jongleuer*innen im Publikum auch in einem Opernhaus verspielt.

Hier ein paar erste Eindrücke. Weitere Fotos erst später um denen, die die Gala-Show erst heute sehen, nichts zu verderben.

A new bus station is being built. Walk past it and keep going straight to get to the #EJC2023 site

There are lifts to the platforms, but I had to use steps to get out of the underpass.

A warning to anyone travelling through Poland on train on Saturday 29.07

There will be a lot (possibly more than a thousand) of additional passengers **with a lot of baggage** travelling to #Lublin. Most will be coming from the #Warszawa direction.

Be patient with these lovely folk heading to #EJC2023

Baggage will be both camping equipment and circus props!
