Had a dream with a ghost in it. Was kind of cool seeing a floating paper with nothing holding it up. I couldn't read the paper it was job's jibberish. The weirdest part was whenever the ghost was around my whole body stiffened so it was like moving around in mashed potatoes. I've had this type of dream very often but usually the ghosts aren't friendly. Was nice to have a friendly one this time around.

Last night's #luciddream experiment was a partial success. Attempted to carry physical movement into the dream via wiggling my toes as I fell asleep. It worked and triggered lucidity, but the shock of it working woke me up.

More testing required.

I've only had one #LucidDream. I had hover shoe and was flying in the night sky.

Had a #luciddream last night for the first time in a long time. I think I've just made the house I grew up in into a lucid dreaming trigger, because I dream of it a lot. I knew I was dreaming, and consciously wanted to explore every detail of the home I loved.

Exploring, I opened the washing machine and found it had a fake (plastic molded) load of laundry in it. I closed the lid, said "No, I want this to be real." Opened it, and the clothes were real this time. Then I put in detergent and started the machine. Every detail was exactly as I remembered it.

Other people fly in their lucid dreams; I do laundry.

During research about writing/journaling i faced tip about "what to do when you don't have ideas", paired with idea about doing this every morning...

I remember when i was young, one of my interest was 'lucid dream'. One of important activities to improve memorizing your dreams was journaling your dreams after you wake up.

This really worked, and now i see benefit to this activity and i will back.

It felt like I was giving a tour of my #Dreamscape along with tips:
