I’ve blocked nearly everybody I with on all social media. My boss can see my FB (that’s my public persona and innocuous) while all but a handful can see my Insta (@rua.the.sidhe). I’m a chronic photographer and was one back in the days of film 🤷

Bottom line is if you work in the same hospital you get blocked. I know how you lot operate. #lurkers

@quackitude managing social networking using email #listserver tech (I still do that) in the nineties, about half the list members were #lurkers, meaning those who read but didn't write. I interpret this as welcome interest by those who don't want to contribute to the content. A takeaway is we shouldn't post anywhere that doesn't have a vetted membership, something we don't want the world to know about us.

@privacyfocused I don’t believe so, but I follow everyone on the Instance and boost their #introductions, so if you follow me those posts at least should be visible in your federated timeline, and if you like you can follow them from there. So far there are still a lot of #lurkers here on #lawprofs !
