Are we taking bets re: whether the hand-count of 2020 primary election ballots (after reaching an accurate count, which is tough when hand-counting) in #LycomingCounty will maybe find fewer than ten votes that were miscounted by computer, all will be for Democrats rather than Republicans, and will not materially impact the results of any race? And then after the hand-count, election denying whackadoodles will still be unhappy?
