Yesterday I began my biggest undertaking yet: recapping the analog board on this #macclassic. This will be practice for restoring my lime iMac. Whoever made the decision to solder those video signal wires directly to the board gets a curse.

Partial set of Susan Kare’s Macintosh Classic OS bitmap icons. She had no experience with computer graphics so she referenced her work with mosaics, needlepoint, and pointillism. They were hand-drawn on graphing paper before being digitized.
