Played some Machi Koro for the first time. My initial game was a loss, as I purchased too much in an attempt to cover the full range for 2d6 and got behind in victory points. Second time was a quick win, as I confined my purchases to 1d6 activators and never 'teched up,' so to speak. I imagine that the 1d6 path is a surer thing with fewer players, but would quickly become disadvantageous at a full table. | #achrilock #gaming #MachiKoro

Family is going to stop playing #MachiKoro with SWMBO unless she lets somebody else win occasionally

I've said before that our child may be the only 6 year old who knows how (and likes!) to play #Cascadia and #MachiKoro but not checkers.
