My goal in new year is to get shredded to 10% body fat (currently 20%) and then start bulking again. From my experience I can say it will take about 12-15 weeks.

I want to bench my body weight before Summer and squat bodyweight before April.

I set up my program. Let’s go then and get rid off these love handles! πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
