Been using #mfp for a really long time. Just transitioned to #MacroFactor. Absolutely a great, and superior application for tracking macros if you are into that kind of thing.

Well done me, again. I eat enough protein to not feel hungry and which dropped my calorie intake so low (probably a bit too low).
My #fitness goal in new year is to get shredded to 10% body fat (currently 20%) and then start bulking again. From my experience I can say it will take about 12-15 weeks.
I want to bench my body weight before Summer and squat bodyweight before April.
