Hmm, does #Yelp have its #Captcha set so it's impossible to send a help request through its contact page? I'm trying to ask them to remove a horrible review for the excellent #Mactivate (a review from someone in #SanFrancisco who had a bad support experience - but clearly his experience was in Dublin, California, not the Dublin 5,000 miles away in Ireland!)

Very weird conjunction between #Yelp and #GoogleMaps - a clatter of excellent and thankful reviews from Dubliners for #Mactivate, and one (alleged) review from someone in San Francisco dissing the company. So which review does Google Maps feature on the website? The nasty one from someone five thousand miles away. Very weird @OisinOConnor
