hey #mac #accessibility #a11y folks, I'm trying to adjust the way a customized subclass of NSTextView reads it's value out, and I'm confused. I’ve implemented `accessibilityValue()` and `accessibilityValueDescription()` and both are called, and the values for neither are read out by VO. Am I holding it wrong? have you seen anything like this, and have tips? I'm new to doing this, and my searches are coming up w/ nothing! Thanks in advance!

hey #ally #macDevs #macVoiceOver users... is there an easy way to show the context menu for a VO-selected item? All google is giving me is to use VO to move the actual mouse pointer, and then literally right-click, but it seems like there should be a keyboard-based way to do so?? (trying to test accessability of the contents of this context menu, but being unable to invoke it is... problematic!)

I may have just gone in to teach VoiceOver that "Rachael" is pronounced the same as "Rachel", because i can only handle being “ratch-ee-el" so many times before I cry :P #macVoiceOver #a11y
