I know I've said this before but it bears repeating that I don't know which #sacrifice I performed to which #god to get the attention of Pretty Impala.

I'm the play toy of the gods. With one hand they gave me #cancer, a heart attack, #autism, #gout, a #divorce, etc. With the other hand, they gave me a loving ex-wife, several degrees, #intelligence, the desire to love my #subs and shower them with #kindness.

It is #maddening.

It is #wonderful.

I have ideas, lots of ideas, ideas I want to bring into reality but being #ChronicallyIll (mentally and physically) makes this quite difficult.

I oftentimes find this #maddening and #depressing.

I try to accept this reality. I also try to encourage myself not to press too hard. Sometimes I try to make it happen and when chronically ill all that does is increase the time required to heal before attempting again...it's counterproductive in the long run.

One of the indignities of age they don’t tell you about: nose hair growing long enough to tickle the inside of your nostril.
