So Mac experts, or commandline wizards, I’m using #maestral for my dropbox client. However, anytime I want to use their command line tool, if I copy and paste a file name into terminal, it puts the entire path, including/volumes/external drive, etc. in the command. Then I have to go to the beginning and delete everything from slash.maestral back so it only has the path to the file minus the path to the maestral folder. There’s gotta be an automated way to get rid of that data… Any suggestions?

Why use #dropbox when you have #maestral ?

Gave #gocryptfs a go, as it was suggested/recommend by the #debian wiki.

Unfortunately #dropbox has a "hardcoded" check to not support non-ext4 filesystems - even though there is most likely no issue with gocryptfs.

I know there is #maestral but due to using public API it has limitations.
