Not sure who bought it, but #MagicForBeginners by #kellylink showed up in my house this winter. I saw the back blurbs... Neil Gaiman calling her unique and a national treasure. Peter Straub calling her the best writer of her generation... Who gets reviews like that AND I've never heard of them? Short story authors. I check the big awards for novels every year and read them, but the novellas and short stories? Not so much.
