Some thoughts on today's #meditation. Something deep inside teaches us to meditate. It can take the first few years of meditation or magical practice before we learn to pay attention to those #embodied messages. Then they help get you high. Eg my current one: I'm sitting & I notice I'm copping an attitude to an unpleasant state, which begs the question *who* is copping that attitude? Different from or same as the self that's experiencing some unpleasantness? Sometimes that paradox collapses into 'alone with the alone', and a lovely high state. #magick #EmbodiedMagick #AloneWithTheAlone
