I've also been gaming a bit more lately, though I still have yet to find one with which I'm completely satisfied. Thought #MagicResearch might be it but I'm stuck on Level 3 of the basement, and I can't move on or upgrade anything till I can beat the boss down there. There's a new update out today so maybe that's easier to do now, will stock up on health potions and give it another try.

I did it! Streamed a whole day of #MagicResearch and got nearly as far in the game as I had in over a day of playtime. Thanks @MostlyBlindGamer and @talon for popping by! Hoping to do more streams soon, though they probably won't be marathons like that one. LOL More Magic Research likely, but also perhaps some other games as well.

Tomorrow is the day! Happy Sunday Mastodonners. Spending a quiet afternoon at home listening to a Mets game while waiting for groceries. The rest of my day will alternate between reading and playing #MagicResearch, a fun but frustrating mobile game that's overtaken #LostVault as my current favorite. I'm reading I Never Liked You Anyway by Jordan Kurella, a modernish re-imagining of the Orpheus and Eurydice myth, but Eurydice gets a lot more agency. Got a well-deserved Nebula nom this year.
