Has anyone migrated to #Apple #MagicTrackpad from a 'traditional' mouse? Any thoughts?

I'm tempted to try but I'd love to know what I'm getting into before I put this much money on the table.

@msh @mathowie That being said, I'm in awe amidst #Apple's ability to f**k up designs so badly at the same time other stuff is just brilliant.

for example the #MagicTrackpad is super nice and has no notiveable #lag but then the #MagicMouse2 can't be charged whilst in use, has worse ergonomy, doesn't have replaceable batteries and lags so hard that it makes @fuchsiii ragequit with visible #lagging....

AFAIK both are #Bluetooth and both use the same Chips from Apple...

@stux also according to @fuchsiii #Apple's shitty #mouse has absurdly high #InputLag - which is weird since the #MagicTrackpad doesn't have any percievable lag yet both are using #Bluetooth and both are from Apple under their own brand...

Is it normal for the Magic Keyboard and Trackpad to give their first warning of low battery when it's almost dead, or are mine defective? I got my very first warning about the keyboard battery probably 3 hours ago, and just now it completely died. Happens with the trackpad too (keyboard is about 1 year old, trackpad a bit older). #Apple #MagicKeyboard #MagicTrackpad
