I have a friend that runs a banking app on /e OS using #Magisk so there is a good chance to get it working. In the #efoundation forum is a thread in this which should probably work for #LineageOS too https://community.e.foundation/t/howto-installing-banking-apps/5875 This is a topic I want to learn more about by putting it into practice. At our Dutch #FSFE local group the issue of #BankingApps is a recurring topic https://wiki.fsfe.org/Events/Netherlands/2023-05-24

I have managed to turn off the annoying "Check access settings" notification in #Android, which is normally grayed out in the settings, by manually editing /data/sys/notification_policy.xml. Having #root with #Magisk really helps.

@surver @rf на старый телефон ванплас 5т поставил #lineageos 20 ,поставил #magisk ,но у него подубитая батарея, заменой морочиться не хочу,поэтому положил в ящик. Щас хожу с poco M4 pro 5g не рутирован. Может кто посоветует какая фирма телефонов больше подходит под рут, как я понял это ванплас и пиксель и у кого легче и быстрее разблокируется загрузчик?

I forgot I'd have to flash a patched boot.img to reinstall Magisk after an OTA update, but that was so much more painless than I remembered. Eerily painless...

Eine ganze Weile lief die #PhotoTAN App der #comdirect auf einem #Pixel5 mit #Root ohne Probleme, wenn man sie in der #Magisk App auf die Ausnahme Liste packte.
Seit zwei Tagen lässt sie sich nicht mehr starten, weil Root erkannt wurde. Wat ein Mist
