Two weeks ago my mother told me “you know, I actually know almost nothing about Buddhism.”
I reminded her that she happen to have a son who happen to be a sinologist with specific mastery of Chinese religions history and have taught Asian philosophy in the past.
So I started to write a syllabus for her and got back to my books about Buddhism, let’s see how it’ll work out with my lack of spare time.

Perfection of Wisdom is the foundational text of the Mahayana Buddhist school, a kind of anthology of works, thematically linked, composed between c. 50 BCE - c. 600 CE in India by Mahayana Buddhist scribes.
