Tag with something common like #Buddhism to gain followers.

However, the #buddhism tag is full of trash--people using the word #buddhism as "other lesser known religions"

& tag with something less common, like #SecularBuddhism as a topic to *follow*. Hopefully this tag has less trash & can be followed

But if too specific eg #MahayanaSecularPrecepts & people might as well follow the two accounts that tweet about that.
