History is full of these "miracle" weight loss drugs and they all proved dangerous. Not to mention the impact of diverting supply from people who need it to manage real health conditions like diabetes etc!

It is a myth that *all* fat people are unhealthy!
What is unhealthy are eating disorders and extreme treatments triggered by societal pressure and biases.

I really wish more people would listen to the #MaintenancePhase #podcast. They constantly put thoughts I have bouncing around in my head in such a succinct way but also still push me to challenge my own thoughts and actions. We all have so much work to do for fat acceptance and I'm constantly reminded that even though I'm a fat woman that also includes me.
