#HolocaustDenier Eric Hunt cites gas bottles that the #Majdanek museum placed for display in 1940s/50s to suggest that the Soviets lied about finding 5 gas bottles containing carbon monoxide.

When cross-checked the inscriptions on the original gas bottles clearly reads "Kohlenoxyd" (CO) and does not match with the displayed gas bottles.

The #UnitedStates #Holocaust Memorial Museum still has an inaccurate description of #Majdanek homicidal gas chambers.

The homicidal gas chambers were actually in a converted disinfection chamber at the end of Bath and Disinfection II. One of the rooms was divided in half and two holes were busted in the room for Zyklon-B gassings. While the larger room, and one of the smaller rooms, had piping added for gassing via bottled Carbon Monoxide.

18 November 1942 | 44 Poles transported by Germans from Warsaw were registered in #Auschwitz.

No. 75886 was given to Wiktor Tołkin who was released from the camp in Feb 1944 thanks to his family efforts.

After the war, he designed monuments at the Majdanek and Stutthof Memorials. Have you seen any of them?
