Presumably those investors will not come to rUK because it is not in either.

The way to #makeBrexitWork is by treating with the #EU to progressively increase alignment and remove restrictions. I am confident the next UK govt will do that.

That would be a start. I long for #TheLabourParty to stand up and say they'll return to the single market. They've stated they won't though and the best they have to offer is the '#MakeBrexitWork' catchphrase, not explaining what that actually means. I get the anxiety about it becoming an attack line for #Tories, but most people in #GreatBritain want to go back in now, by some margin too. Also why are all political catchphrases 3 words now? Its as annoying as all hell.

Politicians are either signposts or weathervanes.

Starmer will say anything to benefit #Starmer because he's a disingenuous weathervane.

In 2019 he said #PeoplesVote knowing it would lose the red wall, now he's saying #MakeBrexitWork to win it back.

He'll say the opposite a year from now.
