A year ago, the rules on work-life balance entered into force in the EU. ⚖️

This EU law helps citizens share parenting and caring responsibilities while having equal opportunities in the labour market.

We fully support the implementation of this principle across the EU as an integral part of the European Pillar of Social Rights.
