Making games can be fun!
But making games is hard.
And never worth losing yourself for.
It is not worth losing sleep, having pain, getting anxiety over.
And if it does, try to fight against it. Because even now, after all of the public information that is supposed to dissuade people about crunch and bad management, this is still part of the industry's culture.
I hope that one day, we get rid of that, but I will not wait for it to happen magically, and will never stop worrying out loud, even in the tiny position that I am.
And I hope that you do the same.

Experiment #41254, repeatedly hitting random duplicated limbs from figure models with remesh and decimate geometry modifiers till they look all rocky and lumpy and then throwing them into the landscape as giant fallen statues of a lost civilization... (I'll replace the default mannequin eventually lol)

Hat jemand von euch noch Ausgaben der Gamestar/Dev bzw "Making Games"? Die Ausgaben ab 2016 kann man bei Computec noch kaufen, aber alles davor (ab 2005) ist nicht zu haben. Kennt vielleicht jemand der/die jemand kennt?
