#biking in #malabon appears popular, but infrastructure to encourage more cyclists is a hit-or-miss.
This #mapillary street-level photo appears to show workers' bike on the sidewalk. Also, sidewalk is blocked by construction materials.
Maybe, it's safe to leave your bikes just lying around?
