thinking about attending a workshop in SF in a couple months. wish i had the opportunity a long time ago. there are so many things i missed out on by hiding myself from the world for so long

a quick search for and gets no results. i know search here is limited. so i intend to sporadically post content with those tags in the hope of connecting with other men who are survivors of and

i was silent about my abuse for 30+ years. it was only after breaking that silence that i was able to heal

To all the men and boys out there still struggling, please know that you are not alone.

All the darkness in the world can't drown out the light of one small candle. There are a lot of candles out there.
