@sociology @conradhackett so the #permaculture approach is to use #systemsthinking to reduce waste and work esp in #food or #nutrition production. And to just consume>waste less, especially if it came from far away off the farm. At #thanksgiving in a time of #malnourished #obesity and high fuel costs #american #Journos are gently suggesting we gorge and waste less and provide ways to do so. If food waste is over 1/3 of our climate temp rise problem we must each fix.
