J'ai mon profil de développeur indépendant sur #malt et je constate depuis plusieurs semaines qu'il apparait de moins en moins dans les résultats de recherches faites par les utilisateurs de la plateforme (c'est la ligne, les barres sont les nombres de vue de mon profil, c'est à dire les gens qui viennent effectivement sur mon profil). Je me demande si c'est lié au fait que le "marché" est de plus en plus compliqué (quelles raisons ?), ou bien si mon profil est de moins en moins intéressant, ou bien... ?

This is based on a recipe at homebrewtalk.com of a well known #homebrew beer called Centennial Blonde. Had to up the strength a little bit as the recipe OG was only 1039. Used Maris Otter instead of the US 2 row #malt and also used standard UK style medium crystal malt - the recipe used a very light crystal of 10 SRM - don't have that at home either. Otherwise I have all the ingredients to hand.

Heute 2 regionale Winter-Bockbiere verglichen, beide stärker gehopft als viele andere Bockbiere, beide mag ich gerne, heute zum ersten Mal direkt verglichen:
Der "Rote Bock" der Linzer Marktbrauerei ist deutlich fruchtig-säuerlicher, das "Black Bock" der Freistädter hat eher malzige Röstaromen, trotzdem beide typisch und sehr gut.
