Spotted the Raffles' Banded Langur (Presbytis femoralis) in the Central Catchment Reserve, Singapore, on 13 November 2022. Managed to find gaps among the trees to get shots of some individuals of the group, who made long distance eye contact with me: exciting! 🙂
These langurs are leaf monkeys and have vegetable diets. Their IUCN Conservation Status is: Critically Endangered.

A Sunda Colugo (Galeopterus variegatus) spotted at Windsor Nature Park, Singapore, on 7 October 2022. It was on a tree next to the elevated walkway, so an easy photo opportunity; if you happen to spot it. 🙂
Colugos are gliding mammals (like Sugar Gliders) and native to the region.

Went out this afternoon, after the morning rain, to Ulu Sembawang Park Connector, Singapore. One of the last things I expected to see there was this Sunda Colugo (Galeopterus variegatus) mother with baby on a tree near the walking path. Spotted on 25 September 2022.
Colugos are mammals that can glide from tree to tree using skin flaps attached to their appendages.

Spotted a member of one Smooth-coated Otter (Lutrogale perspicillata) family near the bridge over the Pandan River, Singapore, on May 15, 2019. It was busy with its meal and wasn't bothered with the people gawking at it eating.
