@paulapenfold The article eventually touches on #ManagedRetreat but doesn’t follow through to explore what that might look like. That’s one of the areas where things could get genuinely interesting.

Lots of the Far North is on the list. Most East Coast communities are at risk. So is the bulk of the Kāpiti Coast. There will be a huge cost to whatever course of action is decided, but getting out of harm's way makes the most long-term sense.
