Hats off to the #Zulip Team for their quick response.
I know CCSS vendors charging 4 digits per year just for the questionable privilegue of using their Software and bill customers for every support inquiry from the 1st minute onward.
Their support convinces me to inquire if one can become a #ManagedHoster for their #Enterprise version.
Cuz if they reply within 48 hours to a non-paying user, then they obviously take their product serious, regardless that's #FLOSS.
