Which Mastodon client on Android can you recommend?

My main instance is based on Akkoma with the #Mangane interface, so there was no question of choosing an Android client.

NB: In case you want to try a different web app for #Akkoma, you could try #Mangane.
I haven’t used it much, but it looks quite modern, see #Disroot’s social network for example:

Mais #Ivory n’est pas encore complet, alors j’utilise aussi d’autres solutions :
– pour “éditer” un post et le modifier, j’utilise l’accès web à mon instance,
– pour prérédiger un thread complet, pas seulement le brouillon d’un post unique, c’est #Metatext qui sait faire ça (pour ses threads, @CedricMas utilise cette app)
– si j’ai besoin de posts longs, pas seulement d’un thread, je les poste depuis mon profil sur https://bdx.town (ActivityPub #Mangane, dév à partir d’Akkoma) 2/2

@Guerin Quand j'aurai un peu de temps, je vais m'inscrire, parce que je suis curieux et que votre initiative me plaît. Je ne ne déménagerai pas de mamot, mais je n'ai rien contre un peu de tourisme sur bdx dot town et #Mangane. #Pleroma progress: partial success.
I was able to add my own custom logo (to replace the #Soapbox one that #Mangane is built with), but the #fonts were a little trickier.
No amount of converting the files to .woff2 format, amending the font-face tags in the .CSS files, or any references to Inter anywhere else, resulted in the font I wanted being displayed on my instance.
However, the fallback system sans-serif #font it displayed is Noto Sans, which has a nice italic face, so I'm halfway happy.

Playing about with the source files of #Mangane (a frontend fork of #Pleroma)... for nothing other than to change the font and maybe change the logo from the Soapbox one as well. 🤷‍♂️

As much as I like Inter, I don't like that when I type in Markdown, my italics will be rendered as faux-italics because there's no separate italic font file included.
(Also not 100% keen on obliques instead of italics anyway.)
