I just want to keep nail trims a positive experience for her, so I’m giving her a bit of a break in between. Glad I got that done, and that my apartment is looking a bit better. I still have a lot I want to do, though. I made a long do list so I can try to keep my excess energy focused on productive things. #Mania #MaybeManic

In the hospital, they said they don’t think it’s bipolar, they said my brain just reacted to a super extra stressful time by kind of going to the other extreme (because I’m normally profoundly depressed). I guess all I can do at this point is keep an eye on my symptoms… maybe should start logging them. And try to channel the energy by being productive, like cleaning lots. #Mania #MaybeManic #MentalIllness
