Usually there's lots of #tutorial info online for things, esp #python things. For some reason #manim is a little sparse. Not none, but not a lot and more example-oriented than pedagogical. ("Just read the docs" is not helpful for my brain.)

I'm not far but I'm already very happy with it. Organized lessons with examples and exercises!

Si c'est l'objet de #blender, je ne pense pas que ce soit celui de Manim (qui vise davantage l'explication de phénomènes plutôt qu'une "fidèle" représentation). 😉

Je suis tombé totalement fan de ces animations. 🤩
Je compte m'y mettre pour alimenter mes propres vidéo d'explications de cours. Blender, c'est "trop loin" pour moi...

C'est aussi une alternative supérieure à PowerPoint (et c'est la première fois que j'en vois une depuis 2007).

A question for the #markdown, #Revealjs, #python hive mind: I am looking for the best slide presentation tool. My dream would be:
1. Output to revealjs or similar.
2. Ease of use like #quarto
3. #quarto's shiny server backend for interactive code but for #python
4. Beautiful and dynamic formulas like #manim incl. it's ability to move parts of equations and animate numbers.

I know I can do patchwork style. But our there was something a bit more integrated, I'd be happy to know!

Bit sad that #manim apparently has no way to align `Text` objects by baseline… (I wanted to do an animation for explaining a word wrapping algorithm.)
