launched as a @pcirr - we share our research plans so anyone can conduct their own replication (corinalogan.com/ManyIndividual). Our registered report is a (Rmarkdown) with hypotheses, research questions, analytical validations of reversal learning passing criteria, and bespoke Bayesian power analyses and analyses with all of the R and STAN code provided (with hopefully enough notation so others can modify as needed)

Now that we know we can individuals to be more , & this helps them in new situations, McCune, Shaw, & I launched a new project, . We will train 4 species (2 threatened/#endangered, 2 successful) to be more flexible, then see whether this helps them succeed in human modified environments. Do the more flexible individuals use habitats differently? farther and into areas? better if they do disperse into urban areas?

Human-modified environments are increasing & threaten many species who aren't able to adapt. Can we train them to be more flexible & help them adapt? See our new articles @PeerCommunityIn Ecology & @pcirr, published @PeerCommunityJournal & @PeerJ

I investigate how behavioral flexibility relates to invasion success in grackles ( github.com/corinalogan/grackle)
& whether training species to be more flexible increases their chances of success in human modified environments ( github.com/ManyIndividuals/Man)

I co-founded (bulliedintobadscience.org) & Peer Community in Registered Reports (rr.peercommunityin.org) to innovate publishing & make RRs accessible to all fields
