@elliot Looking at the study, they also once again lump in drawn and computer-generated child pornography (I refuse to call this stuff CSAM as it does not depict actual CSA) with actual and real CSAM.

They also say that fictional CP “fosters an environment” that brings “other forms of harm to children”, thus claiming without any evidence that (a) fictional CP is harmful to children, and (b) it leads the spreading of real CSAM.

Then they speak of “CSAM-related” or “pedophilia-related” hashtags without explaining what they mean by that. It's possible that their methods would flag an uplifting and supportive post tagged as #mappositivity as dangerous and harmful.

I'm so grateful for all of you here. You have made me feel less alone in a world of hate and misunderstanding. We may all be messed up, but at least we finally have space to talk without feeling judged for how messed up we are.

Some positive ways to cope with being a #MAP in a hostile world that have helped for me:

- Seek out information about MAPs (https://www.mapresources.info/ is an excellent starting point)
- If you have feelings of guilt or shame, try practicing #SelfCompassion (see for example https://programs.clearerthinking.org/practice_self-compassion.html)
- Get involved with online MAP communities (such as NNIA!) and talk about your story
- Get support from friends and family, which might require coming out to them (which is a topic for another toot)
- If you think you could benefit from therapy, try to find a good therapist who knows about MAP issues
- Help out other MAPs you know online or in person, especially ones who are struggling
- Help building and expanding online MAP communities in whatever way you can
- Advocate for MAP rights, if you can do so safely

I'm a very chaste person, but when i triggered by something "pedo"-related i get very very hypersexual. I don't like being so into pedo stuff, but i know i can't change it...
