This is silly. #Productivity is a residual. Maybe one way to ensure #productivity is to set up measurable targets for each new hire. This is already done for #sales teams.

One problem with remote work is that employees do not SEE or KNOW what their colleagues are doing (when in office, they talk about it, right?). By setting up measurable KPIs, everyone knows what is expected of them.
