I did the #MarcellaHazan #tomato butter sauce again but changed it up a bit. I used double the amount of tomatoes, a third of the butter amount and added garlic cloves to the mix. I then fried up a breakfast sausage and added that to the sauce after about 40 minutes. And it's tomato sauce paradise. I'll try to avoid supermarket brand canned tomatoes from now on. #converted #dinner #cooking #Aaah
