One thing Craig & I have on our collective bucket list is to hit Nazare, Portugal during monster wave season. It's not like either of us surfs or wants to; we just want to see the waves. It's so sad to hear that Freire died surfing Nazare--I often wonder how people keep themselves safe on those massive waves.
